The basic principles as a main base of the foundation is to make value and norms of law and custom as number one in a society, it is aimed to achieve the pluralism of culture, law and rights of the society.
Further, to show the whole care without discriminating a certain group or ethnic in order to build a fairness to any level of society and also to ask all people to responsible to the surrounding nature.
