Program Peduli Ekonomi (economic programs), yaitu suatu upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat lapisan bawah (grass root) yang berada dibawah garis kemiskinan (tergolong miskin).
Program peduli ekonomi ini menjadi program YPAN mengingat sector ekonomi merupakan dasar pembangunan infra strukstur. Dengan langkah-langkah pengupayaan suatu metode/ cara peningkatan kemampuan kerja yang lebih baik, pengetahuan peningkatan nilai usaha, serta pengupayaan lapangan kerja baru bagi kalangan masyarakat yang belum memiliki usaha atau ketrampilan.
